Compliance Advisor
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: immigration sponsorship note, certifications, legal text, etc. Also remove "Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model" maybe not a standard heading; but could be considered schedule? It mentions onsite expectations. Could be schedule? It's about onsite working model. Might be considered schedule info. However we only include Pay/Schedule/Benefits if posting actually states them. The posting mentions "Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model" describing onsite expectations. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Benefits? Not mentioned. Pay? Not mentioned. So we omit Benefits and Pay.
We need sections: About the role (maybe from "The Role" paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine). The posting has "The Expertise And Skills You Bring" which is a list of qualifications/skills. Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we can combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including skills), and Schedule (onsite model). Also maybe "The Team" could be part of About the role? Could be separate but we can incorporate into About the role.
We must use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all points from the posting, but we can format as lists.
Let's extract content.
The posting:
- Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. (boilerplate? maybe remove as it's immigration note; but it's substantive? It's a note about sponsorship. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's a specific condition. Should we keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship note is not exactly those categories, but could be considered legal? It's a condition. Might be okay to keep? However it's a note that may be considered boilerplate. Safer to drop? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship is not exactly those, but could be considered legal. I'd drop it to be safe.
- The Role paragraph: "Are you a rule follower, critical thinker, and trusted partner? As a Senior Compliance Advisor in the Workplace Investing Compliance organization, you will help support the compliance program for managed record-keeper services provided to retirement plans. We are helping to strengthen the future of Fidelity by supporting retirement initiatives and providing innovative ways for employers to optimally lead employee retirement, benefits and insurance offerings. You will be helping to ensure that the innovative solutions our business partners build for clients adhere to applicable rules, regulations, and policies. You will handle projects that drive process improvements and/or pivotal initiatives across the compliance program that meet the objectives of the team and deliver value to the business. A role may be offered at the appropriate grade based on experience and level of expertise."
That's prose.
- The Expertise And Skills You Bring: list of bullet-like sentences. We need to turn into
- . Each sentence is a requirement/skill.
List items:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Building trusted relationships with business and control partners by being responsive, thoughtful, risk-aware, and passionate about finding effective answers.
That's many items. Could be split into Responsibilities and Requirements. But we can treat all as Requirements/Skills. However we also need Responsibilities section: maybe the duties listed in The Role paragraph and some of the skill items are responsibilities. But we can separate: The Role paragraph as About the role. Then Responsibilities could be the list of duties like "handle projects that drive process improvements", "providing compliance guidance", etc. But many of the skill items are also responsibilities. To avoid duplication, we could put all skill items under Requirements (or Qualifications). And Responsibilities could be a short list derived from The Role paragraph: supporting compliance program, ensuring solutions adhere to rules, handling projects driving process improvements, delivering value. But that would lose detail. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details. If we put all skill items under Requirements, we still preserve them. The Role paragraph is separate as About the role. That seems fine.
We also have The Team paragraph: describes team activities. Could be part of About the role or separate section "Team". But we only have predefined headings; we could add a section "About the role" that includes both The Role and The Team paragraphs. That's okay.
Schedule: Onsite working model description. We'll put under Schedule heading.
Thus sections:
About the role
... (combine The Role and The Team paragraphs)
Responsibilities
Maybe we can leave empty? But we must not emit heading with filler. So if we don't have specific responsibilities separate, we should not include Responsibilities heading. Instead we could put all duties under Requirements/Skills. But we need at least one list. We could make a section "Requirements" with - for all skill items. That satisfies list usage.
Thus sections: About the role (p), Requirements (ul), Schedule (p for onsite model). No Benefits, Pay.
Check that we preserve all substantive information: The Role paragraph, The Team paragraph, all skill items, Onsite working model. Also note about immigration sponsorship we dropped; is that substantive? It's a condition about sponsorship. Might be considered important. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Immigration sponsorship note is not exactly those, but could be considered legal. However it's a specific condition that may affect eligibility. I'd keep it maybe as a short note under About the role or as a separate paragraph. But to be safe, maybe keep it as a short p under About the role before the role description. It's not boilerplate; it's a specific note. I'll include it.
Thus About the role p includes: "Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position." Then the role description and team description.
Now format.
We need to ensure no markdown fences, just HTML.
Let's craft.
About the role p: combine note + role + team.
Note: "Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position."
Then role paragraph: "Are you a rule follower, critical thinker, and trusted partner? As a Senior Compliance Advisor in the Workplace Investing Compliance organization, you will help support the compliance program for managed record-keeper services provided to retirement plans. We are helping to strengthen the future of Fidelity by supporting retirement initiatives and providing innovative ways for employers to optimally lead employee retirement, benefits and insurance offerings. You will handle projects that drive process improvements and/or pivotal initiatives across the compliance program that meet the objectives of the team and deliver value to the business. A role may be offered at the appropriate grade based on experience and level of expertise."
Then team paragraph: "We lead compliance readiness activities for new legal regulations and requirements. We also support the many products and services offered to workplace clients and participants. This includes directed recordkeeping services and support for defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified, tax exempt, pooled employer, and other retirement plan offerings, as applicable, as well as ancillary services such as our emergency savings product, Goal Booster and Financial Wellness coaching. Our team engages with the business across client-facing, participant-facing, operations, and product management functions, just to name a few. We also work closely with Legal and Risk partners to help our business partners achieve their strategic objectives in a compliant manner, protecting our customers and Fidelity."
Combine into one p? Could be multiple p tags but instruction: use
for prose. Could have multiple
elements. That's fine.
Now Requirements
- list all skill items.
We need to ensure we don't miss any.
Let's list them exactly as in text, preserving punctuation.
I'll copy each bullet:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
