About the role

We’re looking for a Human Resources Compliance Administrator to join our People & Culture team and help build strong, scalable HR foundations as we grow. You’ll own key compliance and reporting activities while driving the review and alignment of HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines—keeping us consistent, compliant, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Own the review, revision, and compliance alignment of all HR policies and employee handbooks across locations, including formatting, versioning, approvals, and rollout
  • Drive personnel file audits, I-9 compliance, and documentation tracking to ensure audit-readiness
  • Schedule and track mandatory compliance trainings, ensuring all employees acknowledge policies, and help communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Track LOAs and ADA accommodations in partnership with benefits and 3rd-party providers
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of reports such as EEO-1, VETS-4212, OSHA, ACA documentation, etc.

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources or Compliance within medium to large organizations with a concentration in employee relations, policy enforcement, and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, demonstrating a strong command of critical regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities efficiently without compromising quality
  • Polished communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels, manage sensitive information discreetly, and foster positive workplace relationships
  • Self-motivation and reliability; you work autonomously, take full ownership of your projects, and consistently deliver results with a proactive, dependable mindset
  • Commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to taking on a variety of responsibilities

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and pet insurance
  • 401k retirement plan
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and floating paid holidays
  • Exclusive employee rental discounts
  • Ample opportunities for professional advancement in a dynamic work environment
