Complex Litigation Partner

Our client, a leading shareholders rights firm, is looking to add to their New York office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex litigation matters and providing strategic advice to clients.

About the role

Manage a wide range of complex litigation matters and provide strategic advice to clients. Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 10-15 years of related experience in complex litigation; class action experience is preferable
• Admitted to practice and in good standing or eligible to practice in the state
• Proven track record of managing all phases of complex litigation
