Complex Litigation Attorney, Seattle (26-017)

About the role

Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 8 to 12 years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters to join our team in downtown Seattle, with the opportunity to handle matters throughout Washington. Experience handling personal injury, financial services, and/or professional negligence is a plus. Candidates for this position must be Washington-licensed with strong academic credentials. We’re looking for individuals who have a passion for advocacy and are ready to find creative legal solutions for their clients. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Structure discovery plans
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage document-intensive cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Prepare for trial
• Represent clients in the financial industry (a plus)

Requirements

• Washington-licensed attorney
• 8 to 12 years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters
• Strong academic credentials
• Solid work ethic and excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay

$185,000–$215,000 per year
