Complex Litigation Associate

About the role

The California Offices of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco are seeking an associate with 3 – 5 years of complex litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have skills critical to the defense of complex mass tort litigation. This position will provide opportunities to examine fact and expert witnesses, draft complex motions, attend depositions, and participate in hearings and trial teams.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of complex litigation experience

• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Experience with complex mass tort litigation

Pay

The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000, depending on the candidate’s overall relevant experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually.
