Complex/General Litigation Attorney – California

About the role

Klinedinst PC is seeking an ambitious attorney with at least 7+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation to join our team in any of our California locations – San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, or Sacramento – with the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state.

Responsibilities

• Handle GL/business cases independently
• Tackle complex issues
• Structure discovery plans
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage document-intensive cases
• Draft dispositive motions
• Prepare for trial

Requirements

• California licensed with 7+ years of experience in general litigation (GL), business litigation, and/or complex civil litigation
• Strong academic background and ambition to create an extraordinary career
• Solid work ethic and passion for advocacy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pay

Pay range: $150,000-195,000 per year (depends on experience)
