Complaints Investigation Technical Investigator

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support complaint investigations for medical and/or biopharma device work in a lab-based environment. This role focuses on evaluating returned complaint samples, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to support investigations, root cause analysis, and lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform device assessments of complaint samples and document findings in clear, accurate reports.
• Complete evaluations and deliver assessment reports on time in line with company requirements.
• Support lab infrastructure, including the implementation, management, and operation of equipment used for investigations.
• Conduct characterization testing, data gathering, analysis, and root cause investigations for mechanical and electromechanical products as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree; or Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of related medical/biopharma development or operations experience; or Associate degree plus 6 years of related medical/biopharma development or operations experience; or High school diploma/GED plus 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in a lab environment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in technical investigation and root cause analysis.
