Complaint Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer complaints related to products, services, and deliveries, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive resolution efforts
• Analyze complaint data, track performance indicators, and prepare reports that support continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, quality, manufacturing, logistics, and customer-facing teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Create clear technical documentation, investigation reports, and customer communications, including structured problem-solving reports such as 8D investigations
• Help advance digital solutions by utilizing and supporting AI-powered tools and internal knowledge resources that improve issue resolution and information sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, customer problem solving, or a related technical environment
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and root cause investigation skills; enjoy solving complex problems across multiple functions and products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively explain technical information to a variety of audiences
