Competency Restoration Specialist

About the role

As Forensic Mental Health Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of duties in order to assist clients with functioning in the least restrictive environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, care decisions and reassessments
• Complying with 65-E15, SAMHPO and AOP standards
• Completing Targeted Case Management training and AHCA regulations
• Maintaining units of service (UOS) expectations
• Completing all documentation and billing of all service provision
• Working in office and field work (working with clients in their homes) and traveling quarterly to State Hospitals to monitor county assigned individuals
• Maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance (Aspire covers fingerprinting costs)
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
• Bachelor Degree in a human services field
