Responsibilities
- Convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students.
- Help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking, banking, vocational skills, and much more.
- Create a safe and therapeutic community by supporting students in developing and by role modeling effective coping strategies.
- Develop community connections such as volunteering, art classes, and athletics.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Mental Health setting experience strongly preferred.
- Must have strong communication skills with clients' teams both internally and externally.
- Must have strong organizational skills and experience with managing monthly/weekly scheduling of activities.
- Activity planning and community outreach experience preferred.
- Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
Schedule
This position requires availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
