About the role
The Clinical Competency Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all clinical staff meet established competency standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate staff performance against competency standards
- Develop and implement training programs
- Conduct competency assessments
- Document and report on competency levels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with competency assessment tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
