About the role

The Clinical Competency Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all clinical staff meet established competency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate staff performance against competency standards
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Conduct competency assessments
  • Document and report on competency levels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with competency assessment tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
