About the role
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team and contribute to our commitment to fair, competitive, and mission-aligned compensation practices.
Responsibilities
- Support ESPH’s compensation strategy by developing and maintaining salary structures, conducting market analyses, and ensuring all job descriptions are accurate and compliant.
- Partner with leaders across the agency to develop/update position descriptions, administer compensation programs, and provide data-driven insights.
- Serve as the internal expert for the PayScale platform, lead compensation-related reporting in UKG, and collaborate with HR Compliance on FLSA classifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience, including 2 years in compensation analysis or compensation program administration.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation.
- PayScale experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity, and compensation compliance.
- Experience in multi-site, healthcare, or human services environment a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; CCP a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel and HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred).
