Job Title: Compensation & HRIS Analyst Location: Whippany, New Jersey (On-site) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support compensation programs, annual planning cycles, HRIS compensation processes, and workforce analytics. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain data integrity, strengthen reporting, and contribute clear, actionable insights that support fair and effective compensation decisions. Responsibilities Support annual merit and bonus planning cycles, including budgeting, testing, validation, reporting, and employee eligibility reviews.Maintain and support merit and bonus modules within Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for current and new positions using compensation survey data and market pricing tools.Evaluate jobs, review job descriptions, and provide compensation recommendations aligned with internal equity and market competitiveness. Required 3-4 years of compensation experience.Experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.Experience supporting annual merit and bonus planning cycles within Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.CCP certification preferred.
