Responsibilities
- Aid in the implementation and administration of compensation programs and systems, including merit, market, and equity analyses across the healthcare system.
- Participate in compensation surveys.
- Support job description development and job evaluation processes.
- Contribute to compensation programs to enhance Nuvance's ability to recruit, motivate, and retain talented employees.
Financial/Budget
- Conduct ad hoc market assessments and provide cost-effective recommendations.
Project Management
- Participate in Total Rewards team initiatives impacting associate compensation as needed.
- Recommend streamlining and continuous improvement opportunities.
Compliance/Governance
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding compensation.
- Assist with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption tests to ensure appropriate status.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and anticipate their impact on the hospital system.
- Provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
