Responsibilities
- Support and execute Long-Term Incentive (LTI) activities, including the issuance of award letters.
- Facilitate job architecture improvements by streamlining job codes by leveraging existing frameworks.
- Act as a key internal navigator by engaging relevant resources, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring work progresses smoothly.
Qualifications
- Director-level experience (10-15+ years) with hands-on and leadership capabilities in compensation or total rewards.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, and Mercer for survey and analysis purposes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and nuanced situations.
