About The Role
A Compensation and Benefits Specialist provides Center of Excellence support for all Logisnext Americas group companies. Completes day-to-day administration for Compensation and Benefits while ensuring compliance with company policies and system requirements. Works in a fast pace environment to execute daily tasks in an efficient and accurate manner. Supports Compensation and Benefits project work and new program launches.
What You Will Do
- System administration associated with wage programs for plant employees & salary programs for office employees.
- Performs Compensation related tasks like initiating the workflow Job Requisitions, and all relevant audits.
- Correcting orphaned employees.
- Updating, reviewing & creating new Positions and Job Groups in the HRIS.
- Supports implementation & system administration of company benefit programs.
- Aid with Qualifying Event benefit changes & corrections.
- Manage implementation of insurance carrier files and researching errors.
- Process benefit invoices, new hire presentation & enrollment.
- Complete COBRA notices through the vendor portal.
- Aid with open enrollment planning & execution.
- Aid employees with questions & issues during walk-in and telephones inquiries.
- Maintain Biometrics/HealthFair.
- Maintain job description templates and official job description library.
- Maintain seat creation log.
- Create ad-hoc reports and other administrative activities as assigned by Manager, Compensation and Benefits and team members.

8am - 5pm / Hybrid Schedule
No travel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 7 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years administrating Compensation and/or Benefits
- High level of Excel competency (V-Look Up, Pivot Tables, Prorations, custom formulas)
- Knowledge of employee benefit programs, processes, and issues
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws & regulations
- Experience working with job descriptions
- Experience operating in Human Resources Information Systems
What Would Be Nice To Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Admin preferred
- 2 - 5 years working in Human Resources
- Experience with Paycom
