About the role
Analyzes, designs, and administers the organizations compensation programs including job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure, job grading, and organizational design.
Major Duties
- Conducts job evaluations using established evaluation systems, makes recommendations on job titles, grade levels, and internal/external market alignment.
- Updates or creates job descriptions following approved writing and format standards.
- Collects data to assist in benchmarking jobs to the market or internally.
- Researches and analyzes organizational, occupational, and industry data to evaluate organization structures for effectiveness and efficiency and makes recommendations on organization structure that will support business need.
- Participates in compensation surveys.
- Assists in the administration of merit and bonus programs including formulating pay guidelines/eligibility rules, developing systems, cost modeling, reporting, and communicating details of the programs.
- Participates in various compensation and organization projects as assigned.
- Prepares spreadsheets, graphs/charts, reports, and presentation materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Four years of experience in compensation and/or organization development with strong analytical and systems skills.
- Or Bachelor's degree plus two years in compensation and/or organization development with strong analytical and systems skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources Mgmt, Mathematics, or Organizational Mgmt.
- Certification preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Technical Skills
- Excel proficiency required
- Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
- Microsoft Word preferred
- Visio preferred

Work schedule
Onsite – HQ (Dallas, Texas). Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work.
Pay
Salary minimum $62,693.00
