Compassionate Home Care Specialist

Job Summary

In this role, you will assist clients with daily living needs so they can remain safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines
• Provide light housekeeping and meal-related assistance
• Offer medication reminders and assist with exercises as directed
• Observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• Complete accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Arrive on time and provide dependable, consistent care

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient
• Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Physically able to perform caregiving duties
• Must have a genuine heart for caring for others

Preferred Qualifications

• CNA, PCT, or previous caregiving experience
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
