Company Truck Drivers

Responsibilities

• Transport goods to and from specified locations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel expenses
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
• Operate company-owned tractor-trailers safely and professionally on long-haul routes
• Run dedicated outbound lanes from Bolingbrook, IL to selected destinations
• Comply with all DOT regulations and internal safety procedures
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Use ELDs to maintain accurate driving records

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no serious violations
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with long-haul and local deliveries
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs)
• Knowledge of various routes and highways
• Safety training certifications
• Previous experience in the logistics or shipping industry
