Compactor Operator

Qualifications And Requirements

• Working knowledge of various types of equipment.
• One year of on the job heavy equipment training using multiple pieces of equipment and at a more skilled level than the Equipment Operator I.
• Class B Commercial Driver's License.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License preferred.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Work is mostly performed outdoors.
• Subject to extreme weather conditions.
• Exposure to fumes from exhaust on equipment.
• Exposure to high noise levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work involves lifting, bending, carrying, and walking.
