Community Volunteer - Event Captain, Field Advocate, or Remote Admin
About Everyday Advocates
Everyday Advocates is an active, on-the-ground advocacy organization working to identify overlooked neighborhood vulnerabilities, report them directly to responsible agencies, and push until lasting solutions are implemented. We intentionally prioritize underserved communities across Broward and Miami-Dade counties — such as Fort Lauderdale's Progresso Village and Miami's Little Havana — where historical infrastructure deficits and safety hazards directly impact daily quality of life. From conducting field audits to operating a 15-category online Resource Directory, our mission combines direct action, community empowerment, and practical problem-solving to ensure every resident has a safer, cleaner, and more resilient neighborhood.
