Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients in accessing necessary healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyles
  • Encouraging clients to participate in community activities like movies, dining out, parks, and beaches

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • High School diploma
