Community Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Affirming clients' hygiene routines
• Developing and implementing individualized service plans and treatment goals
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, guardians, and service providers
• Supporting clients in accessing necessary healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Encouraging clients to participate in community activities like movies, dining out, parks, and beaches

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High School diploma

Schedule

Full and part time positions available, both Day and Evening shifts.
