Responsibilities

- Support 4 individuals with Autism moving into a new home
- Develop opportunities for individuals to be part of their local community
- Provide positive role modeling and mentorship
- Prepare and implement program goals, individuals' service plans, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Nurture positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and service providers
- Ensure appropriate healthcare, medical, and dental needs are met and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Requirements
- One year experience working in the human service field (internships and volunteer opportunities can be substituted)
- Possession of a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
- Preference given to candidates with direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Caregiver must be compassionate, creative, self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
