About the role

The role involves providing community support services including but not limited to assisting with referrals, conducting outreach activities, and offering guidance to community members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with referrals to local resources and services
  • Conduct outreach activities in the community
  • Offer guidance and support to community members
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in community service or similar field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
