About the role

The Community Support Technician is responsible for providing support services to community members in need. This includes assisting with various tasks such as administrative duties, outreach, and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping.
  • Provide support and resources to community members through outreach activities.
  • Conduct home visits and coordinate with other service providers as needed.
  • Document interactions and progress in client files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or community support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of community resources and services.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Schedule
