About the role

The Community Support Technician is responsible for providing support services to community members in New Bern.

Responsibilities

• Assist community members with accessing local resources and services
• Provide information on available programs and services
• Coordinate referrals to appropriate agencies and organizations
• Maintain accurate records and reports of service interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
