*Community Support Staff
Overview

Responsibilities
- Support people in managing finances, maintaining schedules, and using public transportation.
- Facilitate meaningful social interactions and help with personal hygiene and medication administration.
- Drive individuals to medical appointments and other necessary outings.
Working Conditions
The environment is dynamic and responsive to individual needs, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Tasks can be physically demanding, including transfers, lifting, and prolonged standing.

Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Efficient use of a computer.
- Experience working with people who have intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to assist with intimate personal care, as needed.
