Community Support Professional - Intensive - Regional Mobile Crisis (Far Southwest area) ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

About the role

The REACH team is expanding and is seeking a Community Support Professional for the Far Southwest area. This position involves providing direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses served by the Region III Regional Mobile Crisis Team. Additionally, you will assist in developing and training staff on individualized behavior support plans. You will work as part of the Regional Mobile Crisis team to coordinate services and resources among providers to help individuals live and participate optimally in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses.
• Aid in the development and staff training of individualized behavior support plans.
• Work as part of the Regional Mobile Crisis team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed.
• Help individuals live and participate optimally in the community.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or an approved human services field.
• Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C.

Pay

Starting salary range: $48,750 - Depending on experience.
