Community Support Professional - Intensive - REACH (Far Southwest) ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)

About the role

The Community Support Professional provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. They also assist with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. This position works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program.
• Aid in the development and staff training of individualized behavior support plans.
• Work as part of the REACH team to coordinate services and resources among providers to support individuals in living and participating optimally in the community.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or an approved human services related field.
• Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP is required.

Qualifications

• Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.

• Starting Salary: $48,750-Depending on Experience.
