Community Service Worker - Lake and Moody Counties

Your Mission

As a Community Service Worker serving Lake and Moody counties, you’ll be a steady, welcoming point of contact—helping community members connect to essential supports quickly, clearly, and with dignity. This role exists to make access simple, accurate, and human.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process applications for agency services and programs
• Guide clients toward appropriate community resources and partner organizations
• Maintain clear, accurate records and documentation
• Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to paperwork and data entry
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
