Job Overview
Your Responsibilities
- Maintains working Area neat and performs reception duties such as answer and route telephone calls.
- Accurately and clearly, answer and route telephone calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Typing as required (35wpm) with good spelling and vocabulary skills.
- Keeps clear, accurate records on all builder's and/or resident's requests and process same.
- Retrives information from files.
- Sends out violation letters.
- Provides supporting documentation for Committees if needed.
- Prepares and records all building requests for the Design Control Board.
- File documents and records as necessary.
- Maintain all DCB approvals/disapprovals properly filed in account's record file.
- Reproduces pertinent literature.
- Accepts payments for maps, RV lot, copies and issue receipts as warranted.
- Prepares and maintains reports of all Design Control Criteria and Subdivision Declaration of Restrictions Violations.
- Perform such additional duties and responsibilities as may be required by the needs of the Community Service Department and the Company.
Skills & Qualifications
- A high school or G.E.D. equivalency diploma.
- A working knowledge of blueprints is preferred.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills a must.
- Some radio communications knowledge.
- Independent work ability is a must.
- Typing (35wpm), spelling, vocabulary and computer skills a must.
- Must have the ability to operate office machines.
- Radio communication knowledge accurately and clearly.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, mass email, database management, etc.).
- Excellent working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision making.
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, sitting, walking.
- Able to sit for hours at a desk and work on computer.

Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
