Duties/Responsibilities
- Assists with setup, operation, and breakdown of planting bars, mobile plant sales, vendor fairs, and community events.
- Provides excellent customer service during sales activities and events.
- Assists with transportation, loading, unloading, and organization of plants, supplies, displays, and event materials.
- Supports seasonal campaigns including Valentine Roses, Easter Lilies, Poinsettias, and other promotional events.
- Assists with merchandising and product presentation to maintain attractive displays.
- Supports community outreach and relationship-building efforts by identifying potential sales opportunities and contacts.
- Engages and supports individuals served by A New Leaf participating in sales and event activities.
- Assists with operations at Garden Center locations as needed.
- Maintains accurate records and completes required documentation.
- Attends required meetings and trainings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, events, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Able to meet all agency background screening requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and loading/unloading materials.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to travel locally for events and deliveries.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Must maintain a valid Oklahoma driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
