Community Resources for Stability (CRS) Intern
Responsibilities
- Scanning project: Transfer client paperwork to digital files on SharePoint.
- Training Materials: Updating case manager training materials to be current on CRS policies and procedures.
- Data Entry: Work with the CRS team to enter client survey and services information into various databases
- Case Worthy Project: Work with the CRS Programs and Data Specialist and CRS Director to improve functionality of the Case Worthy database.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, record information, update paperwork, or maintain documents such as attendance records, correspondence, and other materials.
- Contribute to other duties as assigned based on program needs.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn client database systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to communicate professionally with staff, volunteers, and others.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team when needed.
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (proof required), subject to legally required exemptions.
Skills
