About the role
The Community Resource Navigator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients seeking resources and services within the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in accessing local government services, social services, healthcare providers, and other community resources.
- Provide information and guidance on eligibility requirements, application processes, and available programs.
- Coordinate referrals between clients and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of available resources and services.
- Document client interactions and track progress towards resource acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in community service or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
