Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Open mail and scan checks daily
- Aid and support Community Managers and Division leaders
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
- Prepare and provide reports, meeting materials, and other documents
- Aid in account setups, onboarding, and offboarding
- Track vendor insurance and W9s and manage scanning process of invoices
- Afford homeowner calls and email requests
Requirements
- Previous Office or administrative experience
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
