Responsibilities
- Aid and support Community Managers and Division leaders.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Prepare and provide reports, meeting materials, work orders, and other documents.
- Absorb and manage account setups and onboarding.
- Track vendor insurance and W9s and manage scanning process of invoices.
- Support in managing homeowner calls and requests.
- Manage vendor proposals, contracts review and renewal, and prepare bid comparisons.
Requirements
- Previous Office or administrative experience.
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
