Responsibilities

  • Aid and support Community Managers and Division leaders.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Prepare and provide reports, meeting materials, work orders, and other documents.
  • Absorb and manage account setups and onboarding.
  • Track vendor insurance and W9s and manage scanning process of invoices.
  • Support in managing homeowner calls and requests.
  • Manage vendor proposals, contracts review and renewal, and prepare bid comparisons.

Requirements

  • Previous Office or administrative experience.
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
