Community Relations Representative ($21.35 - $27.07)
Serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention, and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers’ needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
- Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
- Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent experience.
- Travel between communities may be required daily.
- Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay
Base pay start rate: $21.35 - $25.87 per hour.
