About the role
This position is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We anticipate a start date in January 2027.
What you'll do
- Lead elements of partner engagement programs within community engagement, such as:
- Administration of matching gifts & volunteer rewards
- Enhancing marketing and promotions of myImpact
- Developing plant engagement strategies
- Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
- Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
- Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
- Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team

- Support corporate philanthropy efforts, including:
- Participating in the Schreiber Foundation grant administration
- Engaging with non-profit organizations
- Creating and publishing externally facing content
- Administering corporate giving programs
- Participate in strategy planning and idea generation
- Have the ability to lead projects and bring new ideas to fruition
- Absorb and implement new ideas
- Assist with event planning activities for large- and small-scale events
- Bring fresh perspectives to the community engagement team
What you need to succeed
- Status as a full-time college student, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
- Completed courses in Business Administration or a related field
- Ability to work year-round, 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during summer
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A results-oriented, energetic approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of processes/projects
