Community Relations Intern (Onsite)

About the role

This position is onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We anticipate a start date in January 2027.

What you'll do

• Lead elements of partner engagement programs within community engagement, such as:
  • Administration of matching gifts & volunteer rewards
  • Enhancing marketing and promotions of myImpact
  • Developing plant engagement strategies
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
  • Cooking and providing feedback on new products from our R&D team
• Support corporate philanthropy efforts, including:
  • Participating in the Schreiber Foundation grant administration
  • Engaging with non-profit organizations
  • Creating and publishing externally facing content
  • Administering corporate giving programs
• Participate in strategy planning and idea generation
• Have the ability to lead projects and bring new ideas to fruition
• Absorb and implement new ideas
• Assist with event planning activities for large- and small-scale events
• Bring fresh perspectives to the community engagement team

What you need to succeed

• Status as a full-time college student, with a graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Completed courses in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to work year-round, 15-20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during summer
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A results-oriented, energetic approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of processes/projects
