• Shape "home" – apply your expertise in inspections and reporting in affordable housing compliance (hold a TCS or COS certification or have at least 2 years managing LIHTC or HUD Project-Based files). • Open doors - build trusted relationships with housing authorities and community partners to connect families with vital resources.
• Balance with care – oversee leasing, rent collection, financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor management with accuracy and integrity.
