Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Facilitate development, coordination, update, and implementation of COMFRC’s long-range shore infrastructure plan to include the Enterprise Master Plan (EMP).
- Ensure sound engineering and analytical techniques are employed to translate projected workload and facility support requirements into quantified and detailed plans of accomplishment including cost implications.
- Act as a point of contact for NAVAIR Headquarters, for other systems commands and OPNAV personnel concerning FRC participation in Navy-wide facilities programs.
