Community Outreach Coordinator (Healthcare)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversight of our mobile vision program in various communities throughout the state
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with community partners
• Educating members of our communities on the importance of vision care within your assigned region
• Driving increase access to care for children in rural communities
• Connecting families to services offered by the company and our partners
• Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach, and grassroots marketing initiatives
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment
• Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
• Ability to work weekends and 10+ hour days when necessary
• Past experience planning and executing events (plus)
• At least one year of experience in managing a team
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking ability
• Proficiency with using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365

• Pay range: $42K-$57K/yr (with bonus opportunity)
