Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local organizations, colleges, community groups, and workforce centers.
- Promote Mom Relaunch programs and AI Readiness initiatives throughout the Tri-Valley community.
- Identify and invite participants to attend AI learning sessions, workshops, and community events.
- Represent Mom Relaunch at local networking events and community gatherings.
- Support the planning and coordination of AI information sessions, workshops, and community events.
- Aid in logistics including registration, speaker coordination, and attendee engagement.
- Help organize regular learning events such as Power Hour sessions and community meetups that showcase industry insights and opportunities.
- Create and publish engaging social media content across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Promote upcoming sessions, speakers, and success stories through digital channels.
- Assist with promotional campaigns aligned with Mom Relaunch’s mission and storytelling strategy.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline outreach, research potential partners, and automate communication workflows.
- Use AI platforms to generate marketing content, analyze engagement, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Maintain relationships with speakers, mentors, volunteers, and partners.
- Support follow-up communication with event attendees and prospective members.
- Encourage women in the community to participate in programs designed to help them become AI-ready and workforce-ready.
