Volunteer opportunity for 9 Project Stewards in a Community Orchestration Software Development Sprint. National training provided.

About the role

Project Stewards will document full-stack development, launch, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) automations for assigned project teams. This is a remote, 12-month commitment with a 20-day handover period.

Timeline

August 11, 2026 – August 31, 2027

Schedule

Flexible hours, any day of the week (Monday–Sunday). Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Possess or be in pursuit of a master’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Frontend, Backend, Full Stack Development, or related fields
  • Complete the Volunteer Orientation course at https://ntari.org/volunteer
  • Commit to 15+ hours per week for 12 months of documentation and a 20-day handover

Qualifications

Applicants who complete the 1733 course on https://ntari.org/volunteer may select their project on a first-come-first-served basis.
