DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior)
About the Role
Boeing is seeking experienced and senior DevSecOps Agile Leaders to join a proprietary Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO. This role supports the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization, focusing on integrating various software products into a consistent DevSecOps framework. The selected candidate will work onsite at one of the listed locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams
- Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development
- Serve as a scrum master to remove blockers, ensure team alignment, status the team’s work, and provide Jira automation to improve processes
- Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for meeting deliverables
- Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams
- Mentor teams on agile best practices
- Work with internal and external customers to remove blockers and support efficient development of their products
Requirements
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance (a clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active)
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience working in an engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team, either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support
- Experience leading an Agile team using Agile methodologies
- Experience with DevSecOps
Preferred Qualifications
- Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while supporting multiple concurrent activities
- Experience in Defense/Aerospace
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of networking principles
- Knowledge of required levels of rigor for safety-critical software
Pay
- Experienced (Level 3): $126,650 - $171,350
- Senior (Level 4): $160,650 - $217,350
Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
