Overview
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing Community Marketing Program Greeter to welcome guests and support sales tours booking efforts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage members of the public in high traffic areas
- Provide basic program information and direct individuals to staff
- Support booth or event setup and maintain a clean, organized space
- Work both indoors and outdoors in busy, sometimes loud environments
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Indoor and outdoor locations, including exposure to weather
- Moderate to loud noise levels due to crowds or events
- Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
Compensation
- During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
- After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses.
- The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000 comprised of hourly rate and commissions.
- Top performers may earn up to $118,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
