Community Greeter

About the Role

Red Ledges Golf Club, located in Heber City, UT, is a private, four-season luxury community near the foothills of Utah’s Wasatch Mountain range. This position reports directly to the Greeter Services Manager and works closely with the Community Association Manager and various Department Heads. As the first point of contact for the Club and Community, the Greeter plays a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for members, guests, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, guests, and other visitors with a smile and positive attitude
• Provide courteous, efficient, and genuine service to everyone
• Ensure all authorized people are granted access to the property and assist those without proper credentials
• Interact with employees, members, guests, contractors, and vendors
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and timely manner
• Maintain concise and professional daily administrative documentation
• Take pride in maintaining the office and all equipment used
• Lock and unlock facilities as needed
• Observe and report safety and security-related items
• Assist with events, projects, parking, signage, and other tasks to support the Community, Club, Sales, and members

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with a focus on genuine customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient at multitasking and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Preferred experience in a forward-facing, customer service position
• Preferred experience in luxury hospitality or a luxury environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and willing to learn other computer programs
• Ability to write daily shift reports
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
