Responsibilities
- Spearhead the overall operations of an Equity Residential apartment community, ensuring financial success, resident satisfaction, and team excellence.
- Accomplish property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team.
- Lead community staff with regular meetings, performance monitoring, and career development guidance.
- Analyze property operations, implement policies for seamless integration, and ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and manage the community operating budget, oversee the processing and approval of all invoices and company purchases.
- Support marketing, pricing efforts, and monitor sales performance for goal achievement.
- Stay informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making.
- Build connections with residents through community events and activities.
Requirements
- Residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Customer service and sales experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (if applicable).
- Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to use the computer effectively and read written communications.
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to use a smartphone to perform certain aspects of the job.
- Ability to climb stairs depending on the property structure.
Qualifications
- Managerial experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with apartment management software.

Pay
Salary range: $98,384-109,315, with potential for bonus.
