Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community events to foster social interaction among residents.
- Engage with residents through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to address resident concerns and improve quality of life.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms for community outreach.
