About the role

Responsible for managing community events, enhancing resident engagement, and maintaining a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events to foster social interaction among residents.
• Engage with residents through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with other departments to address resident concerns and improve quality of life.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in community management or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications
