The Details
- Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
- Developing and managing the budget
- Ensuring property meets KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
- Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
- Ensuring site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all residents
- Performing all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
- Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager
- Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
Qualifications
- Strong experience in affordable housing programs
- Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections
- Experience with resident occupied project renovations

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager who can manage a large Family affordable Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) community. Our ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their team, have the personality to positively interact with applicants, residents and teammates. They enjoy leading teams, like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience in working at a large Family Affordable Housing Apartment complex and shares our mission, vision, and values our commitment to customer service. He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting.
Skills
Marketing savvy and proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software

Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed)
