About the role
Greystar is a leading real estate platform offering property management, investment management, development, and construction services in institutional-quality rental housing. This role is based in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Develops and reviews budgets for the property
- Maintains and collects rent and fees
- Approves invoices and manages petty cash
- Enforces lease agreements and resolves resident issues
- Analyzes market trends and implements leasing strategies
- Manages property maintenance and ensures compliance with standards
- Supervises property staff and maintains client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer complaints
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and supervisory skills
Specialized Skills
- Licenses and certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite)
- Management and supervisory skills to hire, lead, and evaluate team members
Travel / Physical Demands
- Frequent exposure to outside elements
- Physical access to all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Routine, local travel may be required
Pay
The salary range for the position is $90,000 - $100,000. Additional compensation includes a quarterly or annual bonus program, paid time off, and robust benefits such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid parental leave, and more.
